This is an entire lesson and contains a reading task. It follows on from my initial Article 8 lesson, being the second of 4. It is designed to take a 2 hour period.

The second lesson for OCR Criminal Law (Paper 1:B). This lesson covers key elements of actus reus, including cases. There are two case-table handouts; one is fully empty, one is partially completed to help students. You will need the OCR Law 1 textbooks for the task using the worksheets. There is a new version of the textbook, with different page numbers. Feel free to tweak this lesson to your needs.
